Friday of each session

Time:
6:00 p.m. (first show)
8:00 p.m. (second show)

All participants will perform in the Final Concert on the Friday of the session they are registered in. The performances will be held in the Dance Performance Theatre (BYU Richards Building). Each will consist of participant group performances from the Young Ambassadors’ repertoire interspersed with selected solos and small-group performances chosen from the Entertainers’ Showcase.

Because of the limited seating capacity in the Dance Performance Theatre, there will be TWO performances each Friday night. The first will start at 6:00 p.m. and the second will start at 8:00 p.m. Those chosen to perform as soloists will perform in one show only (soloists will receive tickets to the show they are performing in). The group performances will appear in both shows.

Participants in session one will receive 5 tickets for ONE show on the Friday of session one and participants in session two will receive 5 tickets for ONE show on the Friday of session two. Participants will have the opportunity to request tickets for the early or late show at check-in.  There is no cost for the tickets.

Participants will be told which show they receive tickets for on Wednesday afternoon if they do not request a particular time. Tickets will be held at the YASE will-call desk under the participant’s name beginning at 5:00 p.m. on each Friday. The will-call desk will not be open before 5:00 p.m.

Ticket holders must be in their seats by 5:50 p.m. (for the 6:00 p.m. show) and 7:50 p.m. (for the 8:00 p.m. show). Empty seats will be opened at 5:50 p.m. and 7:50 p.m. for those in the standby lines. Participants are responsible for contacting family regarding which tickets they have received.
